These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExtractImage.Online (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ExtractImage.Onlineis a free tool that helps you find and download images present on a web page you provide, or embedded in a file you upload. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Acceptable use — your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit, the files you upload, and what you do with extracted images. You agree that you will:

  • only extract content you have the legal right to access and use;
  • comply with the terms, robots restrictions, and access controls of any website you target;
  • not use the Service to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights, or to access content you are not authorized to access;
  • not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose;
  • not attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the protections or rate limits of the Service;
  • not use the Service to process private, confidential, or personal data in violation of applicable law; and
  • not use the Service to distribute malware or infringing content, to operate mirrors, bots, crypto-mining, or torrent/file-sharing services, or for any other prohibited use under our hosting providers' acceptable-use policies.

3. Intellectual property of extracted content

Images and other content you extract belong to their respective owners. The Service grants you no rights in that content and makes no representation that your use of it is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether you have the right to download, copy, or reuse any extracted image. Most images online are protected by copyright.

4. Our intellectual property

5. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights. ExtractImage.Online is a neutral tool and does not host or store extracted images. If you believe the Service has been used to infringe your rights, contact us at support@extractimage.online with details and we will respond appropriately.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not guarantee that any particular images will be found or that extraction will work for every site or file.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ExtractImage.Online AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExtractImage.Online and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of ExtractImage.Online is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
